„Development of Partnership between Norway and Lithuania Rehabilitation Organizations in the Field of Quality Improvement“

      

Valakupiai Rehabilitation Centre in partnership with Establishing Disability and Capacity for Work, Taurage District Social Support and Rehabilitation Centre and Valnesfjord Rehabilitation Centre in the north of Norway initiates sub-project „Development of Partnership between Norway and Lithuania Rehabilitation Organizations in the Field of Quality Improvement".

With this sub-project partners seek to solve the problems and its consequences related with the lack of cooperation and exchange of good practice between Norway and Lithuania and among Lithuanian organizations.

The target group of the subproject is partners' health care workers. Indirect beneficiaries of the subproject will be persons with health problems or disabilities in Lithuania and Norway, organizations responsible for planning, financing, monitoring of health care in Lithuania and Norway.

The sub-project aims to develop cooperation and Exchange of good practice among Lithuanian and Norwegian health care organizations in order to facilitate cooperation among central and regional authorities and rehabilitation centres in Lithuania by this improving economical conditions and diminishing social exclusion in Lithuania and Norway.

Main activities will be development of partnership strategy and action plan, implementation of traineeships and information dissemination. The planned results: implemented 6 traineeships of 5 days duration each, improved qualification of 50 rehabilitation specialists, information dissemination will be implemented with 5 different means.
