„Development of Competencies in Vocational Rehabilitation for People with Disabilities“
Valakupiai Rehabilitation Centre in cooperation with hosting organization Bartimeus (the Netherlands) are organising 1 visit of 1 week duration for 6 vocational rehabilitation specialists who work in the field of integration and vocational rehabilitation for people with visual impairments.
With this project organizations seek to improve qualification of specialists, to strengthen collaboration and share best practice examples between the Netherlands and Lithuania.
Participants of the project - 6 specialists working in the field of assessment of vocational skills, vocational guidance and counselling, assurance of provision of high quality services and specialists of other fields who could improve and develop the provision of vocational rehabilitation services.
It is planned to reach these results: organized 1 visit to the Netherlands, 6 vocational rehabilitation specialists will improve their qualification, their knowledge will be assessed by Europass mobility document. Information dissemination will be done with 5 different means on purpose to influence sectorial, national and international levels.
